Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Enter sales orders
  • Expediting
  • PO Acknowledgements
  • Scheduling delivery of Incoming PO’s
  • UPS/FEDEX samples
  • Assist with vendor quotes, stock checks
  • New customer and item set up
  • Invoice follow up
  • Filing and retention
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scan and electronically file customer invoices
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Write and edit documents, letters, reports and instructional documents.
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Order supplies
  • Event Planning

Requirements

  • Must have intermediate level knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Projects a professional image by meeting First Packaging dress code standards.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, positive and professional manner with customers, employees and vendors.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and professional demeanor when interacting with customers, employees and vendors.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and consistently produce high-quality accurate work.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
